Then you can renew online whenever you want.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Will my digital ticket still work if I lose connection with my carrier while trying to use my ticket?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Digital tickets do not require cell phone coverage or Wi-Fi to access public transportation. However, connectivity is required for a ticket purchase which must be made before boarding. If you lose connection after activation and boarding the vehicle, you will be able to activate and view the ticket from the ticket wallet.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens if my smartphone becomes unusable (e.g. dead battery) before I can show my mobile ticket?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is your responsibility to have a working and usable mobile phone before boarding. If your mobile phone doesn&#039;t work, you should use another payment method for the trip. How do I access it on my mobile device?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first time you will have to go to the ticket office and register your identity card. The operator will activate the discounted rate on your account. Once registered, select the travel document you wish to purchase at the discounted rate, e.g. student rate.
